A member of NLAA since 2008, Sue was asked to serve as Secretary the same year.  She accepted, and is currently serving 2-year term.   Sue currently works in the United States Air Force as a Communications & Information Officer. Over the last twelve years she has help run the Guam Animal Shelter and she assisted with their adoption program, been a nanny for four years to two dogs (Boston Terrier & Maltese) while a military couple was stationed overseas, assisted in the Italian Greyhound Rescue and has handled Italian Greyhounds and Lundehunds for family friends on many occasions. 

She has a mixed pack of an Italian Greyhound (retired UKC Champion), a Miniature Pincher (rescue) and a Border Collie/Dalmatian mix (rescue).
